- 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced

Shrimp Fried Rice with Creme Delish
Ingredients

1/2 brown onion, cut in half and thinly sliced.
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 cup button mushrooms, quartered
1/2 lb shrimp
1 cup pre-cooked and cooled calrose rice.
1 egg
1 scallion, cut in thin slivers at an angle.
Sauce
2 oz soy sauce
3 oz rice vinegar
1 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder (more to taste)
1/2 Tbsp Ginger Powder (more to taste)
1-2 Tbsp Creme Delish (more to taste)
Add the veggies to a hot pan with a bit of oil and cook. While that is cooking, mix and reserve your sauce.
Add the cold rice and stir in with the vegetables. Once folded in, add your shrimp (add meat earlier if it's not pre-cooked).
Add the sauce and stir in until warmed and well mixed. Turn off the heat.
Make a well in your pan or wok, and crack the egg in it. Let it turn white from the heat of the pan, and then break and mix into the rice. It should be sticky and make the rice cling together.
Serve with a quick drizzle of honey and garnish with scallions.
